Data security

When you visit our website, we use the common SSL protocol (secure socket layer) together with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. This is generally 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3.0 technology. 3D configurator ENYGUIDE online

Distribution boards made from Mi and Enystar boxes can be planned with the ENYGUIDE configurator. In order to do so, the data are stored for each order. You have the option to register. In order to do so, a password-protected access is set up for each customer. The data collected as part of registration are only used for the purpose of signing in to ENYGUIDE (Legal basis: Art. 6(1) lit. B GDPR). Planned projects can be viewed and developed further via ENYGUIDE. Your data is stored on our servers and not transferred to third parties.
Please take care to keep your password confidential in order to prevent improper use and make sure that your data is kept up-to-date for your own sake. You are responsible for all actions taken under your user name to the extent you are liable for them.

If you forget your access data, we will process your e-mail address so that we can send you new access data.

Creating a user profile is optional. All planning can also be done without registration, however, in this case, not all programme functions are available.
If you place an order over the ELBRIDGE interface, your information will be passed on to the service provider and electrical wholesalers.

3D configurator ENYGUIDE offline

With the ENYGUIDE configurator – offline, you have the opportunity to plan distribution boxes made from Mi or Enystar boxes. As a general rule it is not necessary to provide personal data as part of the software download. Nevertheless data such as the IP address of the requesting computer, the date and time of access, the name and URL of accessed data will be collected. The data collected as part of the download will only be collected for the purposes of traceability, the update service and compliance with the terms and conditions of use (Legal basis: Art. 6(1) lit. b and lit. f GDPR).
